If you are given a wheelchair when you leave hospital,
and something goes wrong with it like, for example, the brakes need adjusting, contact

then either ask for extension 57552 for Mobility Centre
or ask the receptionist to put you through to 'wheelchair maintenance'.

Manual Wheelchair maintenance is carried out (on behalf of the hospitals)
by 'Clark and Partners' who come to your home to fix the problem.
