What is @astroke?


"@astroke" is the name of the
'Nottingham Stroke Services Partnership Action Group' (NSSPAG).
We are an independent voluntary organisation working to bring together
Health Professionals and Stroke Survivors
to achieve a better match of provision and needs,
in the Greater Nottingham area.

We meet roughly every month to discuss progress in areas such as
membership, fundraising, projects to help stroke survivors
in hospital and in the community.

@astroke is one of around 40 groups* concerned with stroke in Nottinghamshire.

One of our aims is to bring the groups - public and private - closer together
to make a more effective force in tackling issues to do with stroke.
