Swim Therapy

As a result of your stroke, you may find moving around difficult. Many strokers have found that being in water helps with exercising - and fun! The water's bouyancy makes you feel lighter and falling isn't so much of a problem especially if you have a bouyancy aid.
@atastroke has researched the 23 Public Swimming Pools in Nottinghamshire asking them to provide details of their Disabled provision, if any. The results (to date) are below.
