If you are limited to a room or certain rooms in your home because of your disability, you can claim a reduction in your Council Tax.

A person from your local council will visit you at home to see in what way you are disabled and therefore how you are restricted.

This will result, if you're successful, in a drop of one band of the Council Tax.
