The Blue Badge Scheme is to do with parking
and is completely independent of Driving after a stroke.

The Blue Badge, or 'Parking Card for people with disabilies', entitles you to park in certain reserved parking spaces both here in the UK and in the EU.

If you become disabled and qualify for Disability Living Allowance (or Attendance Allowance) you may qualify for the Blue Badge Scheme.

The badges are issued by your local council.
