What is @astroke?

"@astroke" is the brand name of the
'Nottingham Stroke Services Partnership Action Group' (NSSPAG).
We are an independent voluntary organisation encouraging, by positive action,
the management and development of a single and seamless health care package
for stroke patients across Nottinghamshire and elsewhere.
